  • Hot water or steam boiler 


The principle upon which the waste heat boiler is designed is the principle of the flame tube or the smoke tube. There are pipe bundles through which hot glue gas is directed. Water is present inside the boiler body. The heat in the gas is transferred to water which is present inside the body. There are glue gas collectors attached to the inlet and outlet sides. 


The process of heat integration is called waste heat recovery. This is the process of reusing disposable energy. Plans are reducing energy costs and co2 emissions. recovering the waste heat can be achieved through different applications and methods. They are one of the most valuable energy sources at a low cost. By the waste heat recovery opportunities, the energy optimization of the iron and steel, food, and ceramic industries is assessed. Commonly used technologies such as recuperators, regenerators’ operations are used to conduct the research. Different types of techniques such as direct contact condensation recovery and indirect contact recovery are applied. Some transport membranes and also some units are also used to complete the process. The high energy consumption and high price both are leading causes of these two systems.
